First Community Mortgage Panel Build

Volunteers will build all of the walls for a Habitat house in just 5 hours!! Volunteers sign up for 1 hour shifts (+ 1/2 hour prep). No construction skills needed.
The walls will be built for Future Homeowners Aiko & Cody and transported to our Legacy Pointe affordable housing subdivision in Murfreesboro for the spring 2024 construction.
Aiko and Cody work at Tru Hotel in Murfreesboro and are thrilled to be able to buy their own home. They’re completing their 50 hours of Financial Literacy and Homeowner Education and ready to start building! “I am thankful that we are learning about budgeting and what is to come,” Cody admitted. “I loved meeting the other homeowners in the Habitat Program,” Aiko says. The couple is excited to roll up their sleeves and get their “hands dirty” as they take part in the building process.
